We proudly partner with Amersham Scout Hut, conveniently located on Rectory Hill. The Scout Hut offers brand-new, state-of-the-art facilities that host over 150 exciting parties annually.

OUR PARTY PACKAGE
times
Party Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
1 hr 30 mins: Exciting sports activities led by qualified coaches (choose up to 2 activities: click here to see what is available).
30 mins: Allocated food time (kitchen available; parents/guardians to provide food).
30 mins: 15 mins set up and clean up time provided either side of the event.

Up to 14 Children: £395 (includes venue hire).
15 - 28 Children: Additional £50 per hour for an extra coach.

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own decorations. We provide allocated set up and clean up times to help you prepare.

Tables are included for the food part of your party, we will help set these up, but you will need to bring any decorations for the tables such as table cloths.

We provide kitchen access, but food and refreshments should be arranged by parents. This allows you to fully control any dietary needs.

We provide all the equipment and accessories (such as wizard capes etc) for the party, you just need to bring:
Birthday cake (with knife, candles, and matches)
Table decorations (table cloth, napkins etc)
Room decorations (balloons, banners, optional)
Food and drink for children (pre-made or delivery options, e.g., Domino's)
Bin bags
Party bags (optional)

Yes, there is ample parking available on-site at our Amersham Scout Hut.

The First Touch Sports party leaders will arrive with the key, in plenty of time to set up the hall before guests arrive, and will also take care of locking up at the end of the party.

Yes, additional time is possible but subject to availability and extra charges. Please contact us directly to arrange this.

For the best party experience, we limit activities to two sports, ensuring maximum enjoyment and participation for all children.

Absolutely! All our coaches are fully qualified, DBS checked, and fully insured.

Our venue includes indoor facilities, so your party will go ahead rain or shine!

Yes, you can opt out of social media shout-outs and promotional photos/videos - just let us know when booking.

We will clear away everything. However, we appreciate your help and you do need to take home any rubbish (bins are not provided) so please bring bin bags with you.

Yes, depending on the size of party. For larger parties we require the entire hall for the activites and children. Therefore parents can gather in the hallway outside and watch through the windows. This is where most people set up tables for childrens presents and any nibbles for parents.

We require 30 days notice if you need to cancel the party. Any cancellation within this time period would still require full payment and no refund will be issued. If the party is cancelled due to illness or unforeseen circumstances within this time period, then we will attempt to arrange the party again for the following year around the same date.
